"I anxiously went for my very first boudoir session with Kate as a birthday gift from my husband. I remember looking at her IG and website beforehand and being intimidated because I thought her website photos were of hired models…turns out they were literally just some of her clients. Her photos look that good. The moment I arrived in her studio, my anxiety lessened. The level of comfort she provides is unimaginable. For someone like me to be comfortable taking nude photos is unheard of but I was so at ease. She assured me my photos would turn out just as good but it was hard to believe until she showed me the unedited photos throughout the session. I could NOT believe the photos were of me (and they weren’t even edited yet). I have never considered myself sexy or photogenic at all but this upped my confidence, a lot. You don’t need to be a model or even close to it. Her photos and session make you feel and look like one though."

"I’ve been through a lot so it’s like shooting with you is helping me become this sensual ultra feminine raw person that I am deep down inside. Which is so liberating. So I get nervous if my face looks scared as opposed to just living it. Shooting with you is helping me so much in so many ways that you can’t even imagine. The pictures are a bonus but the experience, learning from you, and being comfortable in front of the camera like letting myself be is the most magical. And also learning to get over the image of a perfect body or what beauty actually is. It’s the best shoot we’ve done and I am just so grateful. "Kate did my maternity photos back in 2022 and mother and baby photos in 2023. She has always been prompt when I emailed her. She answered all my questions and even gave me an amazing referral, at my request, of someone who could do my makeup for the photos. Both times that I’ve been to her studio, I felt very welcomed. My maternity photos I did mostly nude shots and not once did I feel uncomfortable. Kate is also so patient and it showed when I had my photos with my daughter. As I was stressing because my daughter wasn’t making it easy to get pictures taken (so I thought) Kate did her magic and we just went with the flow of what my newly walking 10 1/2 month old wanted to do and she captured the most breath taking memories. Kate is so so sweet. I highly recommend her. She makes BEAUTIFUL art with her photography."

"If you’re thinking about it, just book the shoot. Kate’s professionalism and passion for her craft leave me speechless. My family and I did a multigenerational women’s shoot, and I am happy to say Kate is careful, respectful, thoughtful, skilled, and kind. She absolutely makes all her clients feel comfortable and takes into account every little detail, including your story. As a Black woman, I’m often concerned about lighting and comfort, but Kate took her time to show some proofs and even asked if she could touch me and my sisters’ hair before placing it behind my shoulder for the perfect shot!
